Our site collects only the information you enter when you register or amend your property details. Your information is not passed on to any third party.
Data is collected by simple request form. When you initially register you are required to supply a login name and a password. These are unique to you and are used only to allow access to your property details for any subsequent amendment. Like all logins and passwords, these should not be divulged to any third party.
The form requests mandatory Property Price, Type of Property, Location of your property (Town) and number of bedrooms. These fields are required to ensure correct classification of your property and to facilitate easy searching. All other fields are optional. However, it is probably a good idea to include at least a telephone number and contact details if you wish a potential buyer to contact you!!.

3. How do I amend my details?
Registered users can update their details at any time by clicking on the "myaccount" link and by then logging on by entering their registered login name and password. Once logged on, you can then amend any of your property details.

4. How do I delete details?
Registered users can delete their details at any time by clicking on the account link and then by entering their registered login name and password. Once logged on you can then delete your property details. Once deleted, you may re-register your property by subscribing for a further three months.

5. How do we protect your information?
The information we collect is strictly for use on the www.fixed-price-homes.co.uk website, as outlined above. We undertake to keep this information private, and details will not be stored in an unsecured environment. We do not pass your details on to any third party.

6 . Spam
We do not send out "Spam", or "Bulk Mail". Any information collected will not be used in any mailing campaigns.

The only e-mails we send contain information that has been specifically requested. If you believe you have received unsolicited e-mail from us, please forward it to spam@http://www.fixed-price-homes.co.uk
